whew…holidays officially over…it seemed as soon as i finished something, another 5 somethings would pile on. i love christmas…but holy hannah…plus the start of a new year for my church calling is a ton of work…so many primary lists for all those cute kids in my ward kept me a little busy…but the first week went off without too many hiccups.

so i think a little catching up is due. first things first…my adorable stella lynn in her christmas dress.

i know…she is probably the cutest baby you have ever seen…she is 6 months now…a wild woman…and we just found 2 teeth poking through…it is so true…they grow up so fast.

another new thing that i am starting today…SEWING! i am taking a quilting class starting tonight with Louise Haley…(an amazing teacher/quilter.) she is teaching at sb etc now and my mother dearest knowing my huge want to be domesticated got me the classes as a christmas gift. so i have dusted off the sewing machine that i have never used in the 2 years of ownership and going tonight. look at my cute fabric that i got at the store…we have so many new cute ones it was hard to pick…but i went with this new amy butler midwest modern as the main part and then just picked some of my faves in other lines with the same color scheme…love it! i am a little nervous but it will be fun regardless because all of my sisters and mom will be there.

i am also teaching some new classes…no more totally t…i needed a breath of fresh air so i have decided to teach a class called totally paper crafting…very much like totally t…but i am not limited to pages…though admittedly they are the main thing in the class…if you go to www.scrapbooks-etc.com you can see the whole new schedule including the sewing classes!

i am also teaching some more big page classes here is the one coming up on this thursday…it is the 10×20 and it is for your creative area. you can pick between the blue, pink or red color schemes…and if you want to switch out the word to be a name you can! it would look so fun in a girl’s room.

also i am starting to put extra kits for sale on my etsy store…those will start going up on friday. so if you too far from scrapbooks etc. you can still purchase the kits through there…though nothing is as good as coming to class.
